Chef James Campbell Caruso of La Boca restaurant will demonstrate and pair fresh seafood dishes with a selection of Spanish Wines & Cava with importer Ray Vigil of Vin Iberian Wine Merchants. The Tapas lunch menu will include: fried fresh anchovies with smoked sea salt plancha, seared monkfish cheeks Mariscada, shellfish soup in saffron fish broth and tuna with Oloroso caramelized onions.
