Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Grand Tastings 2021 return to downtown Santa Fe!
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is excited to announce our schedule for this year’s events taking place September 22-September 26, 2021. As an event whose mission is to market the Santa Fe restaurant community as a world-class destination, the Fiesta is eager to celebrate our 30th anniversary with our Santa Fe restaurants, our winery partners and you, our guests. We are incredibly excited to be “coming home for our 30th Anniversary” and hosting our Grand Tasting in downtown Santa Fe once again.
The Fiesta started laying the ground-work last year to move the Grand Tasting to Magers Field Park at the Santa Fe Fort Marcy Complex. The historic downtown venue offers plenty of beautiful grassy space, outdoor views of the clear New Mexico blue sky and easy walking distance from downtown Santa Fe.
This year the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Grand Tasting returns to downtown Santa Fe with not one, but two Grand Tastings on the grassy lawn of Magers Field. Each of the two Grand Tastings will feature 90 wineries pouring tastes and 35 Santa Fe restaurants serving samples of their signature cuisine. The ticket price for each of the Grand Tastings on Friday September 24th and Saturday September 25th will be $175, with a two-day pass available for $300.
Grand Tasting crowds will be limited to half the size as in the previous renditions, providing more space to move about and shorter lines. Meanwhile, the same high caliber wines and extraordinary Santa Fe restaurant tastes will be on hand, with programming that provides for the health, safety and enjoyment of all.
The September 22nd through 26th schedule is filled with daily Wine Seminars, Cooking Demos, Guest Chef Luncheons, a Reserve Tasting, a Live Auction and nightly Wine Dinners hosted at participating Santa Fe restaurants.
Sunday events include the Gruet Golf Classic, a Champagne Brunch at Four Seasons Rancho Encantado and the Rosé All Day extravaganza. Tickets go on sale July 5th.
We know our 30th Annual event celebrating our unique Santa Fe restaurant community would not be here without all the support of sponsors, the City of Santa Fe, the 100s of participating wineries, and our return guests. We are grateful for your participation. After a year off from seeing all of you in person, we look forward to celebrating in food and wine with one another the last weekend of September 2021.
