Featured chefs include Fernando Ruiz of Escondido, Josh Gerwin of Dr. Field Goods, Hue-Chan Karels, and Erica Tai of Alkemē, and Jessica Brewer of The Anasazi Restaurant & Bar.\nIn a playful and unexpected twist, each course is paired with two wines—one selected by the chef and the other by one of our distinguished sommeliers: Tim Gaiser, Joe Spellman or Kristina Bustamante.
