Guest Chef Demo and Tasting: Peter Barlow of Niteshade Chef Collaborative, 3:00 pm to 4:30 at the Santa Fe School of Cooking, $85
Opening Executive Chef of Stephan Pyles’ Flora Street Kitchen, Chef Peter Barlow started Niteshade Chef Collaborative in Dallas last year. Niteshade has brought together multiple chefs under Barlow’s lead to provide successful supper clubs, consistently sold-out cooking classes in Dallas and nationwide food & wine events. Inspired by a James Beard initiative, “Waste Not, Want Not,” will be the theme of Chef Barlow’s class where he will do a demonstration and plateup of modernist cooking techniques.
