Tony Beck and John-Paul Bulow began their journey selling buffalo meat in 2018 at Farmers Markets in New Mexico, building relationships with the community and sharing their passion for homegrown, high quality meat. Their love for the buffalo comes from a deeply rooted respect for the earth and the ancient ways that people have lived on this land for millennia. Tony and JP had no idea how far their small stand at the farmers market would take them, and how much growth would take place in such a short period of time. Beck & Bulow now offers a wide selection of meats, poultry and wild-caught seafood.
