A passionate creator, teacher, and team builder, Chad brings a vibrant “guest-first” philosophy to our kitchens, ensuring that every plate we serve matches the craftsmanship of our wines.
Chad’s journey in hospitality is defined by his unique ability to balance the art of flavor with the science of operations. Having directed culinary innovations and menu execution for multi-state brands, he is a seasoned expert in recipe ideation, seasonal menu creation, and flawless execution. But for Chad, a kitchen is only as good as its culture. He is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of culinary talent, establishing growth pathways, and building positive, collaborative teams.
