Each year, the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is proud to promote the winery dinners hosted by our participating restaurant partners. At each dinner, a winery representative or spokesperson is typically present to introduce the wines and guide guests through a specially curated wine-pairing experience.

As restaurants begin planning and coordinating their dinners in June, we add confirmed events to our website and continue updating the schedule throughout the summer as additional dinners are finalized.

Our participating restaurants and winery partners work together to create one-of-a-kind dining experiences that highlight the best of food and wine. Each dinner is independently planned and hosted by the restaurant, with menus, wine pairings, pricing, and event details determined by the hosts. Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta proudly promotes these special events as part of the Fiesta experience. Reservations are made directly with the hosting restaurant, allowing guests to connect directly with the team bringing the evening to life.
