Chef Gilbert Aragon was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has worked in the food industry for many years. Chef Gilbert has drawn inspiration from all over the world, seamlessly synthesizing the familiar and the unknown to form daringly bold flavors to create dishes people love. Using his global culinary experience and passion for great food, Gilbert has carefully crafted menus that accentuate the unique flavors that have come to define his cuisine.
After spending 12 years as the Corporate Chef for a prestigious regional hotel group, Gilbert Aragon was ready to launch his own culinary concept and business. Wolf and Roadrunner is where he shares some of his favorite dishes with the community. The Wolf and Roadrunner kitchen serves as a playground for Chef Gilbert and his team to test new ideas, recipes and flavor combinations.
