Join chefs Cristian Pontiggia of Sassella, Martín Rios of Restaurant Martín, David Sellers of Horno and Jessica Brewer of Paloma as they match wine and food pairing-wits against our Sommelier team—Thomas Price, MS, Joe Spellman, MS, Gillian Balance, MS and Marika Vida-Arnold. This year’s Importer of the Year, Kermit Lynch Wine Merchants, will be opening up their NM portfolio for selection to the chefs and sommeliers. Each of the four chefs chooses a wine to pair with their course as does one of the Sommeliers. Not knowing who picked which wine, it’s up to the guests to vote and decide on the best pairing for each of the four rounds.
