Voyage du Vin: From Provence to Santa Fe on the Sky Railway Train

Step aboard Sky Railway for an unforgettable French-inspired wine journey through the stunning landscapes of the Galisteo Basin. Departing from the historic Santa Fe Depot at the Railyard, this scenic 2.5-hour experience celebrates the flavors, wines, and charm of France with curated pours and elegant picnic-style fare served onboard.

Guests will enjoy thoughtfully prepared picnic baskets by Chef Cristian Pontiggia of The Anasazi Restaurant & Bar and Chef Dakota Weiss of Capital Coal Neighborhood Eatery, beautifully paired with a curated collection of French wines that journey from the sun-drenched vineyards of Provence to some of the country’s most celebrated appellations, presented by Wilson Daniels.

Advanced Sommelier and Director of Education for Wilson Daniels, William Davis, will be onboard to guide guests through the wines, offering expert insight into the regions, producers, and distinctive expressions in each glass. Relax in beautifully restored vintage train cars as live music, sweeping desert views, and festive hospitality transport you to the French countryside—without ever leaving New Mexico.

Guests will also take home a commemorative Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta wine glass, while VIP ticket holders can elevate the experience with exclusive reserve wines, a curated swag bag, and access to the historic 1937 lounge car, the Acoma.
