Christina Donley began her career with Ridge Vineyards in 2003, joining the team at the newly built Lytton Springs Winery. She initially led sales and hospitality at the Tasting Room before becoming Ridge’s first Wholesale Manager—a role in which she eventually oversaw distribution across 31 states and four Canadian provinces. Today, Christina manages the domestic regional wholesale team.

Born in the Bay Area and raised in Colorado, Christina earned her degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She returned to the Bay Area after college but ultimately found home and inspiration in the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico.  A dedicated advocate for inclusion in the wine industry, Christina co-founded Ridge’s Diversity Committee in 2020 and continues to mentor and support underrepresented voices in the field.

Outside of work, she’s an avid home cook who loves camping, karaoke, and spending time with friends, family, and dog, Dennis. Christina is honored to be a part of the Ridge Team and their commitment to producing wines of the highest quality.
