Monica A. Gomez is the Pastry Chef at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa and the Inn & Spa at Loretto.  A native to New Mexico, Monica grew up in the beautiful Española Valley and went on to graduate with the highest honors from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts where she realized her aspirations to be a renowned pastry chef. Chef Gomez relays her passion from creating and serving elegant desserts to those with exquisite taste.
