Kadimah Levanah, of Apothecary Dining-One Sacred, is a lifelong food visionary, entrepreneur, and pioneer in conscious cuisine. At just 16 years old, she launched her first raw vegan, natural foods catering company, and in her 20’s  she opened The Art House Café, a farm-to-table restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin, known as a cultural gathering place that combined exceptional cuisine with live music.

After moving to Santa Fe, Kadimah helped introduce innovative wellness concepts through the Santa Fe Oxygen & Healing Bar and went on to create Apothecary Dining-One Sacred, a hidden culinary treasure tucked just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza downtown.
