I’m originally from Cd. Juarez, Mexico. I received my Chef Certification from SSFC in Santa Fe. I have been in culinary for more than 40 years. I like to learn new recipes every day. I enjoy working with seniors on a daily basis. I love their feedback and often create menus based on their recommendations. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be able to create New Mexican traditional dishes as well as work in such an amazing Kingston team environment.
