Mitchell Preston is a 30-year veteran of the wine industry having started his career with Johnson Brothers Distributing, a Gallo distributor based in St. Paul, MN. He’s covered 34 states working with various beverage alcohol producers, importers and marketers in the Midwest, East Coast and West Coast as a district/regional sales manager. During his 12 years living in the Bay Area of Northern California and working for Beringer Blass Wine Estates, his last position was that of Luxury Brands Regional Manager representing Beringer Vineyards, Chateau St. Jean, Chateau Souverain, Etude, St. Clement and Stags’ Leap Winery responsible for all sales activity in California, Hawaii, Nevada and Utah.

In 2006, he accepted a position as Mountain States Sales Manager with Rodney Strong Wine Estates from Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California. RSWE is a family-held, privately owned wine company committed to producing the best wines from some of the most well-known appellations in Sonoma County. Currently, RSWE farms nearly 1200 acres in Alexander Valley, Chalk Hill, Knights Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast and Northern Sonoma County all of which are estate owned vineyards.

Mitch currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada and is responsible for Rodney Strong Vineyards, Davis Bynum Winery, Knotty Vines and Rowen Wine Company distributor management, sales activity and public relations in Arizona, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Additional duties include that of National Key Account Representative working with MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment Corp, Club Managers Association of America and the National Golf Course Owners Association.
