As Business Development Manager at Pahlmeyer, Lili serves as a face of the brand — connecting with collectors, trade partners, and new audiences at intimate dinners and grand tastings across the country. A New Jersey native who has called Napa Valley home since 2013, she has spent the years since building a career around her belief that wine is, at its core, a vehicle for human connection.

With a background spanning hospitality, fine wine sales, and formal culinary training from the San Diego Culinary Institute, she brings a rare fluency to the table — equally at home discussing what’s in the glass and what’s on the plate. Holding a WSET Level 2 certification and a passion for paired food and wine experiences, she loves introducing guests to Pahlmeyer’s Bordeaux-inspired wines wherever the road takes her. Outside of work, you’ll find her in the kitchen, on the pickleball court, or out exploring a new trail somewhere in the world.
