2026 Fiesta Questions
What are the dates of the 2026 Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta?
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta will take place Wednesday, September 23rd – Sunday, September 27th, 2026. The SFWCF Grand Tasting always takes place on the last Saturday of September. This year the Grand Tasting is on Saturday, September 26th.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 17th at 9am MDT.
Where do I find the schedule for this year?
The schedule goes live on our website mid-June. Additionally, brochures with the schedule are mailed out to the previous year’s ticket buyers, and are also available at our office and throughout town at participating locations.
Where will the Grand Tasting be held?
The Grand Tasting will take place this year at Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park in downtown Santa Fe on Saturday, September 26 from 12PM to 3PM.
Where will Chile Friday be held?
Chile Friday will take place at Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park in downtown Santa Fe on Friday, September 25th from 12PM to 3PM.
By purchasing, accepting, or using tickets for any Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta event (“Festival”), each attendee (“Guest”) agrees to the following Terms, Policies, and Conditions.
At Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, the well-being and safety of our guests, participants, staff, and volunteers are of utmost importance. We are dedicated to ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone involved. The Fiesta regulations, policies and procedures are continually being reviewed, are fully subject to change, and are revised in accordance with the most current public health information and direction from local governance.
To assure your safety, and everyone’s security, we will have metal detectors / scanner screening at the entrances to Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park. After presentation of your ticket, and prior to event entry, you will need to pass through the scanner.
All guests are subject to security wand and bag search.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All Festival events are strictly limited to guests twenty-one (21) years of age or older unless otherwise stated. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. No children, infants, or minors are permitted.
ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where expressly authorized by the Festival. Tickets are revocable licenses and may be denied, revoked, or canceled without refund for violation of Festival rules, unlawful conduct, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
EVENT CHANGES / RAIN OR SHINE
Festival events are held rain or shine. Event schedules, venues, seating, participating wineries, restaurants, chefs, presenters, entertainers, menus, and programming are subject to change without notice.
The Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or interrupt any event due to weather, public health concerns, governmental action, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
Alcoholic beverages will be served at Festival events. Guests agree to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any Guest for any lawful reason, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior. Providing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited.
Guests are always encouraged to use ride share, shuttles, or to walk to SFWCF events.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Festival will make reasonable efforts to provide accessibility accommodations in accordance with applicable law. Guests requesting accommodations should contact the Festival in advance of the event. Accommodation requests are subject to venue limitations, safety requirements, and applicable law.
HEALTH & SAFETY / ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guest and staff safety is a priority. By attending Festival events, Guests voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attendance and participation, including but not limited to risks relating to alcohol consumption, food allergies, foodborne illness, falls, accidents, personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, property damage, and other hazards associated with public events.
Guests agree to comply with all Festival policies, venue rules, and applicable public health or safety requirements in effect at the time of the event.
To the fullest extent permitted under New Mexico law, Guests release and hold harmless the Festival, its organizers, venues, sponsors, participating wineries, restaurants, vendors, contractors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from attendance or participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Festival events may include foods containing common allergens. The Festival cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions consume food and beverages at their own risk.
BAG POLICY
All Guests are subject to security screening upon entry. All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. To speed up the process, guests are strongly encouraged to not bring a bag. If a bag is necessary, attendees may bring either one clear bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or one small bag such as a wallet or fanny pack no larger than 6″ x 8″ x 3″. Bags within bags are strictly prohibited.
Medically necessary items, such as insulin or prescription medications, may be carried in a separate non-clear medical bag, which will be subject to search. Please note there is no bag check available at the event, and any bags that do not comply with the stated policy will not be allowed inside the venue.
SMOKING POLICY
Every Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta event is non-smoking. Vaping is prohibited.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items include, without limitation:
• weapons of any kind, including knives;
• outside alcohol;
• illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• prohibited bags or containers; and
• any item deemed unsafe by Festival staff or venue security.
Guests violating these policies may be denied entry or removed without refund.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are prohibited. Owners are solely responsible for the care, control, and behavior of service animals and for any resulting damage or injury.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward all attendees, staff, volunteers, vendors, and participants.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, violence, illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund and possible involvement of law enforcement.
Guests agree to follow all venue regulations, event policies, and applicable laws and to dispose of waste responsibly.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
By attending Festival events, Guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the Festival and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use photographs, video, audio recordings, likenesses, and images for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes in any media worldwide without compensation or further approval.
COMMUNICATIONS & PRIVACY
By providing contact information during ticket purchase, Guests consent to receiving transactional communications related to ticketing and Festival operations. Optional marketing emails and SMS notifications require separate consent where applicable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or Festival attendance shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, accepting, or using Festival tickets, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies, and Conditions. Ticket purchasers agree that they are responsible for communicating these Terms & Conditions to any individual for whom they purchase tickets.

Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable for select events. All events will take place rain or shine, and event details are subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Unauthorized duplication or sale may prevent admittance. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. We recommend reviewing the full event descriptions on our website before purchasing tickets.
Who do I contact if I have a question about my ticket?

What is the process for receiving tickets once they are ordered?
Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after the order is placed with your ticket(s) attached. If using the squadup app, you can save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or passbook. If you do not receive your tickets, please check your spam folder or email info@santafewineandchile.org
I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email. How do I get help?
Can’t find your tickets? Confirmation emails are sent from our ticketing company, SquadUP. Search your inbox for an email from squadup@t.squadup.com and don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder. During high-peak times, confirmation emails can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to process. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, or need us to resend a lost ticket, please email info@santafewineandchile.org.
How do I locate my ticket?
You can locate your ticket by opening your original confirmation email that you received at the time of ticket purchase. Your ticket(s) will be attached to that email. While we recommend downloading the squadup app or saving the ticket PDF directly to your phone, you may also print out the ticket and show upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: If any event logistics (such as location, time, etc.) Change, the PDF ticket in your original email confirmation will not automatically update. Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta will notify guests of any logistical changes.
ATTENTION: DO NOT MAKE A COPY OF YOUR TICKETS! Each ticket has a unique barcode and will only scan once. The QR code only allows ONE ENTRY PER SCAN. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
Do you offer ticket insurance?
Yes, through our ticketing company, SquadUP. You will have the option to purchase ticket insurance for an additional fee during the checkout process. Coverage is provided by fanshield powered by Protecht, a third-party insurance provider. Do events sell out?
Some events sell out within the first hours and days following ticket launch, and most events sell out before the Fiesta begins. All events are limited, and Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta encourages all interested guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure attendance.
What do ticket sales support?
By purchasing a ticket to a Fiesta event, you are helping us to support our local food and beverage community.
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to promote Santa Fe as a world-class culinary destination and to educate people about Santa Fe restaurants and wine, to support the food, wine and service education of Santa Fe restaurant staff and the food education of local children (by SF chefs) in serving, cooking, and eating healthy foods so these groups have the chance to become future culinary leaders.

No, Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta tickets are not tax deductible.
Venue Information
The Santa Fe Community Convention Center
Located at 201 W. Marcy St. (505-955-6200), the Santa Fe Community Convention Center is the home base for the SFWCF from Wednesday through Friday during the week of the Fiesta. From 9am – 5pm, SFWCF staff is available here to help and answer your questions.
Many of the seminars featured throughout the week take place here, including Thursday’s Reserve Wine Tasting and Auction.
SFWCF posters and branded retail merchandise are available here for purchase throughout the week.
Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park
Located at 490 Bishops Lodge Rd, the grassy open space of historic Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park is the home for Chile Friday and Saturday’s Grand Tasting. There is no parking for the events at Magers Field, but it is a short walk from the Plaza, where transportation and parking are plentiful.
The Santa Fe School of Cooking
Located at 125 N. Guadalupe St. (505-983-4511), The Santa Fe School of Cooking is home to the Guest Chef demos and tastings featured throughout the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta. Located downtown in the heart of beautiful Santa Fe, the Santa Fe School of Cooking is an internationally acclaimed, recreational culinary school and Market, specializing in foods of the American Southwest for over 33 years.
Eldorado Hotel & Spa, Santa Fe
Located at 309 W. San Francisco St. (505-988-4455), The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is the featured location for the Live Auction and Guest Chef’s Luncheon. The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is a luxury Santa Fe hotel that celebrates Southwestern design with bold new expression of creativity and New Mexican culture.
La Terraza at La Fonda
Located at 100 E. San Francisco St, (505-982-5511), La Terraza at La Fonda is the spectacular location of the Guest Chef Luncheon and Master Sommelier Throwdown. The La Fonda Hotel on the Plaza is one of the oldest and finest hotels in Santa Fe.
The Sunset Terrace
Located at 112 W. San Francisco St. across the street from Coyote Cafe, on the top floor of the Plaza Mercado over Boxcar, (505-690-0738). This is the location for the Phenomenal Femmes Luncheon. The Sunset Terrace showcases historical Santa Fe architecture and one of the best sunset views the city has to offer—not to mention the backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
There is no on-site parking at this venue. There is ample street parking, public and private lots nearby. As always, the Fiesta recommends Ride Share whenever possible, and for our guests to enjoy responsibly.
Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection Resort
Located at 1297 Bishops Lodge Rd. (505-390-2323), this is the location for Sunday’s Rosé All Day event. Bishop’s Lodge is set against the vast magnificence of Santa Fe National Forest and is just a short drive from the city’s historic plaza.
The Four Seasons Resort, Rancho Encantado
Located at 198 NM State Rd. 592, (505-946-5700), This is the location for Sunday’s Champagne & Dirty Boots Brunch. Set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, and just 10 minutes from downtown’s shops and galleries, Rancho Encantado is the perfect place to pop a cork.
The Santa Fe Country Club
Located at 4360 Country Club Rd. (505-471-2626), this is the location for Sunday’s Gruet Golf Classic. Transportation & Parking Questions
What is the best way to get to events during the Fiesta?
For the safety of our guests, SFW&CF recommends taking a taxi or ride share whenever possible. If you are staying downtown, most of our event locations are walkable.
Chile Friday and the Grand Tasting events have shuttle service available. See below for more information.

Chile Friday will take place at Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park in downtown Santa Fe on Friday, September 25th from 12PM to 3PM.
By purchasing, accepting, or using tickets for any Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta event (“Festival”), each attendee (“Guest”) agrees to the following Terms, Policies, and Conditions.
At Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, the well-being and safety of our guests, participants, staff, and volunteers are of utmost importance. We are dedicated to ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone involved. The Fiesta regulations, policies and procedures are continually being reviewed, are fully subject to change, and are revised in accordance with the most current public health information and direction from local governance.
To assure your safety, and everyone’s security, we will have metal detectors / scanner screening at the entrances to Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park. After presentation of your ticket, and prior to event entry, you will need to pass through the scanner.
All guests are subject to security wand and bag search.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All Festival events are strictly limited to guests twenty-one (21) years of age or older unless otherwise stated. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. No children, infants, or minors are permitted.
ALL SALES FINAL
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where expressly authorized by the Festival. Tickets are revocable licenses and may be denied, revoked, or canceled without refund for violation of Festival rules, unlawful conduct, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns.
EVENT CHANGES / RAIN OR SHINE
Festival events are held rain or shine. Event schedules, venues, seating, participating wineries, restaurants, chefs, presenters, entertainers, menus, and programming are subject to change without notice.
The Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or interrupt any event due to weather, public health concerns, governmental action, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
Alcoholic beverages will be served at Festival events. Guests agree to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any Guest for any lawful reason, including intoxication or inappropriate behavior. Providing alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited.
Guests are always encouraged to use ride share, shuttles, or to walk to SFWCF events.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Festival will make reasonable efforts to provide accessibility accommodations in accordance with applicable law. Guests requesting accommodations should contact the Festival in advance of the event. Accommodation requests are subject to venue limitations, safety requirements, and applicable law.
HEALTH & SAFETY / ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guest and staff safety is a priority. By attending Festival events, Guests voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attendance and participation, including but not limited to risks relating to alcohol consumption, food allergies, foodborne illness, falls, accidents, personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, property damage, and other hazards associated with public events.
Guests agree to comply with all Festival policies, venue rules, and applicable public health or safety requirements in effect at the time of the event.
To the fullest extent permitted under New Mexico law, Guests release and hold harmless the Festival, its organizers, venues, sponsors, participating wineries, restaurants, vendors, contractors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from attendance or participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Festival events may include foods containing common allergens. The Festival cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions consume food and beverages at their own risk.
BAG POLICY
All Guests are subject to security screening upon entry. All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. To speed up the process, guests are strongly encouraged to not bring a bag. If a bag is necessary, attendees may bring either one clear bag no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or one small bag such as a wallet or fanny pack no larger than 6″ x 8″ x 3″. Bags within bags are strictly prohibited.
Medically necessary items, such as insulin or prescription medications, may be carried in a separate non-clear medical bag, which will be subject to search. Please note there is no bag check available at the event, and any bags that do not comply with the stated policy will not be allowed inside the venue.
SMOKING POLICY
Every Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta event is non-smoking. Vaping is prohibited.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items include, without limitation:
• weapons of any kind, including knives;
• outside alcohol;
• illegal drugs or controlled substances;
• prohibited bags or containers; and
• any item deemed unsafe by Festival staff or venue security.
Guests violating these policies may be denied entry or removed without refund.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are prohibited. Owners are solely responsible for the care, control, and behavior of service animals and for any resulting damage or injury.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward all attendees, staff, volunteers, vendors, and participants.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening conduct, violence, illegal activity, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund and possible involvement of law enforcement.
Guests agree to follow all venue regulations, event policies, and applicable laws and to dispose of waste responsibly.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
By attending Festival events, Guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the Festival and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use photographs, video, audio recordings, likenesses, and images for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes in any media worldwide without compensation or further approval.
COMMUNICATIONS & PRIVACY
By providing contact information during ticket purchase, Guests consent to receiving transactional communications related to ticketing and Festival operations. Optional marketing emails and SMS notifications require separate consent where applicable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or Festival attendance shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing, accepting, or using Festival tickets, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Policies, and Conditions. Ticket purchasers agree that they are responsible for communicating these Terms & Conditions to any individual for whom they purchase tickets.

Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but transferable for select events. All events will take place rain or shine, and event details are subject to change. No refunds will be issued due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Unauthorized duplication or sale may prevent admittance. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. We recommend reviewing the full event descriptions on our website before purchasing tickets.

What is the process for receiving tickets once they are ordered?
Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after the order is placed with your ticket(s) attached. If using the squadup app, you can save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or passbook. If you do not receive your tickets, please check your spam folder or email info@santafewineandchile.org
I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email. How do I get help?
Can’t find your tickets? Confirmation emails are sent from our ticketing company, SquadUP. Search your inbox for an email from squadup@t.squadup.com and don’t forget to check your junk/spam folder. During high-peak times, confirmation emails can sometimes take up to 30 minutes to process. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, or need us to resend a lost ticket, please email info@santafewineandchile.org.
How do I locate my ticket?
You can locate your ticket by opening your original confirmation email that you received at the time of ticket purchase. Your ticket(s) will be attached to that email. While we recommend downloading the squadup app or saving the ticket PDF directly to your phone, you may also print out the ticket and show upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: If any event logistics (such as location, time, etc.) Change, the PDF ticket in your original email confirmation will not automatically update. Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta will notify guests of any logistical changes.
ATTENTION: DO NOT MAKE A COPY OF YOUR TICKETS! Each ticket has a unique barcode and will only scan once. The QR code only allows ONE ENTRY PER SCAN. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event.
Do you offer ticket insurance?
Yes, through our ticketing company, SquadUP. You will have the option to purchase ticket insurance for an additional fee during the checkout process. Do events sell out?
Some events sell out within the first hours and days following ticket launch, and most events sell out before the Fiesta begins. All events are limited, and Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta encourages all interested guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure attendance.

By purchasing a ticket to a Fiesta event, you are helping us to support our local food and beverage community.
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Venue Information
The Santa Fe Community Convention Center
Located at 201 W. Marcy St. (505-955-6200), the Santa Fe Community Convention Center is the home base for the SFWCF from Wednesday through Friday during the week of the Fiesta. From 9am – 5pm, SFWCF staff is available here to help and answer your questions.
Many of the seminars featured throughout the week take place here, including Thursday’s Reserve Wine Tasting and Auction.

Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park
Located at 490 Bishops Lodge Rd, the grassy open space of historic Magers Field at Fort Marcy Park is the home for Chile Friday and Saturday’s Grand Tasting. There is no parking for the events at Magers Field, but it is a short walk from the Plaza, where transportation and parking are plentiful.
The Santa Fe School of Cooking
Located at 125 N. Guadalupe St. (505-983-4511), The Santa Fe School of Cooking is home to the Guest Chef demos and tastings featured throughout the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta. Located downtown in the heart of beautiful Santa Fe, the Santa Fe School of Cooking is an internationally acclaimed, recreational culinary school and Market, specializing in foods of the American Southwest for over 33 years.
Eldorado Hotel & Spa, Santa Fe
Located at 309 W. San Francisco St. (505-988-4455), The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is the featured location for the Live Auction and Guest Chef’s Luncheon. The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is a luxury Santa Fe hotel that celebrates Southwestern design with bold new expression of creativity and New Mexican culture.
La Terraza at La Fonda
Located at 100 E. San Francisco St, (505-982-5511), La Terraza at La Fonda is the spectacular location of the Guest Chef Luncheon and Master Sommelier Throwdown. The La Fonda Hotel on the Plaza is one of the oldest and finest hotels in Santa Fe.
The Sunset Terrace
Located at 112 W. San Francisco St. across the street from Coyote Cafe, on the top floor of the Plaza Mercado over Boxcar, (505-690-0738). This is the location for the Phenomenal Femmes Luncheon. The Sunset Terrace showcases historical Santa Fe architecture and one of the best sunset views the city has to offer—not to mention the backdrop of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
There is no on-site parking at this venue. There is ample street parking, public and private lots nearby. As always, the Fiesta recommends Ride Share whenever possible, and for our guests to enjoy responsibly.
Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Collection Resort
Located at 1297 Bishops Lodge Rd. (505-390-2323), this is the location for Sunday’s Rosé All Day event. Bishop’s Lodge is set against the vast magnificence of Santa Fe National Forest and is just a short drive from the city’s historic plaza.
The Four Seasons Resort, Rancho Encantado
Located at 198 NM State Rd. 592, (505-946-5700), This is the location for Sunday’s Champagne & Dirty Boots Brunch. Set on 57 rolling acres in the Sangre de Cristo foothills, and just 10 minutes from downtown’s shops and galleries, Rancho Encantado is the perfect place to pop a cork.
The Santa Fe Country Club

What is the best way to get to events during the Fiesta?
For the safety of our guests, SFW&CF recommends taking a taxi or ride share whenever possible. If you are staying downtown, most of our event locations are walkable.
